Mentoring for Peace and Security
At Human Security Solutions, we believe that long-term peace and stability require building local leadership and expertise. Our Mentoring Project connects experienced professionals in peacebuilding, security sector reform, transitional justice, and governance with emerging Syrian leaders working on the ground.
Through tailored one-on-one guidance, collaborative learning, and regular check-ins, the project supports young professionals, civil society actors, and public sector staff in strengthening their technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
Our mentoring focuses on:
- Human and state security principles
- Rule of law and accountable governance
- Conflict analysis and peacebuilding strategies
- Gender-sensitive approaches
- Practical project design and implementation
The program is flexible, remote and/or in-person, and designed to adapt to the needs of each mentee. By investing in people, we help shape a generation ready to lead Syria’s future with integrity, professionalism, and deep local insight.

الإرشاد من أجل السلام والأمن
في حلول الأمن الإنساني، نؤمن بأن السلام والاستقرار المستدامين يتطلبان بناء قيادات وخبرات محلية قوية. يربط مشروع الإرشاد بين محترفين ذوي خبرة في مجالات بناء السلام، وإصلاح قطاع الأمن، والعدالة الانتقالية، والحوكمة، مع قيادات سورية شابة تعمل على الأرض.
من خلال التوجيه الفردي، والتعلم المشترك، والمتابعة المنتظمة، يدعم المشروع المهنيين الشباب، والناشطين في المجتمع المدني، وموظفي القطاع العام في تعزيز معارفهم الفنية، وتفكيرهم الاستراتيجي، ومهاراتهم القيادية.
يركز الإرشاد على:
- مبادئ الأمن الإنساني وأمن الدولة
- سيادة القانون والحوكمة المسؤولة
- تحليل النزاعات واستراتيجيات بناء السلام
- المقاربات الحساسة للنوع الاجتماعي
- تصميم المشاريع وتنفيذها بفعالية
البرنامج مرن، ويمكن تنفيذه عن بُعد أو بشكل حضوري، ومصمم ليتناسب مع احتياجات كل مشارك/ة. من خلال الاستثمار في الأفراد، نسهم في إعداد جيل قادر على قيادة مستقبل سوريا بالنزاهة والمهنية والرؤية المتجذرة في الواقع المحلي.
