Human Security Working Group (HSWG)
The Human Security Working Group is a monthly roundtable convened by Human Security Solutions that brings together key actors from civil society, academia, humanitarian organizations, international agencies, and governance institutions. These regular meetings provide a trusted space for dialogue, coordination, and knowledge-sharing on pressing human security issues in Syria and the region.
Held both in person and online, the Working Group addresses emerging challenges, shares best practices, and promotes integrated approaches to security that prioritize the rights, dignity, and protection of individuals and communities.
Why it matters:
- Bridging gaps between local actors and international stakeholders
- Strengthening coordination across sectors in volatile contexts
- Monitoring developments in security sector reform, justice, displacement, and civil protection
- Fostering collaboration for joint advocacy, programming, and policy
- Centering local voices in shaping inclusive, sustainable solutions
Participation is by invitation or expression of interest, and includes expert presentations, thematic discussions, and peer exchange. The Working Group is a platform for building trust, amplifying local knowledge, and advancing a shared vision for accountable, people-centered security in Syria.
الاجتماعات الشهرية لفريق عمل الأمن الإنساني
ينظّم حلول الأمن الإنساني اجتماعات شهرية لفريق عمل الأمن الإنساني، تجمع فاعلين رئيسيين من المجتمع المدني، والجامعات، والمنظمات الإنسانية، والوكالات الدولية، ومؤسسات الحوكمة. توفّر هذه الاجتماعات الدورية مساحة موثوقة للحوار والتنسيق وتبادل المعرفة حول قضايا الأمن الإنساني في سوريا والمنطقة.
تعقد الاجتماعات حضورياً وعبر الإنترنت، وتهدف إلى مناقشة التحديات المستجدة، وتبادل الممارسات الفضلى، وتعزيز مقاربات شاملة للأمن تضع حقوق وكرامة وحماية الأفراد والمجتمعات في صميمها.
أهمية هذه الاجتماعات:
- ردم الفجوة بين الفاعلين المحليين والدوليين
- تعزيز التنسيق بين القطاعات في سياقات متقلبة
- رصد التطورات في إصلاح قطاع الأمن، والعدالة، والنزوح، وحماية المدنيين
- دعم التعاون من أجل المناصرة، والبرمجة، ووضع السياسات
- وضع الأصوات المحلية في المركز لصياغة حلول شاملة ومستدامة
تُنظّم المشاركة من خلال الدعوات المباشرة أو تقديم طلب اهتمام، وتشمل الاجتماعات عروضاً خبرية، ونقاشات موضوعية، وتبادل الخبرات بين المشاركين. يُعد فريق العمل منصةً لتعزيز الثقة، وتكبير دور المعرفة المحلية، ودفع رؤية مشتركة نحو أمن مسؤول يركز على الإنسان في سوريا.
